These Terms of Service govern your use of auraverasupply.com and any purchase you make from AuraVera Supply, a trading name of Aura Vera LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). Prices do not include sales tax or shipping, which are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

We work to keep product descriptions, images, availability and pricing accurate. Errors do occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund, whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will contact you before doing so.

Brand names and compatibility

Product names, trademarks and vehicle makes and models are referenced for identification and compatibility purposes only. Reference to a brand or vehicle does not imply that we are an authorized dealer of, or affiliated with, that manufacturer, unless expressly stated.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. Your order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has shipped. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

Payment

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that the information you supply is accurate. Orders may be subject to verification before processing. We may decline or cancel a transaction where we are unable to verify payment or delivery details.

Your responsibilities

You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it. You are responsible for confirming that a part is correct for your application before ordering, and for any programming, cutting, fitting or installation performed after delivery.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of use, loss of vehicle access, towing, locksmith charges, labor costs, or lost profits.

Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where one applies. Except as required by law, we make no additional warranty and disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
