Where we ship
We ship within the United States. Orders are dispatched from 3320 Randall Blvd, Naples, FL 34120.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment clearing. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00pm ET, at weekends, or on a holiday are processed the next business day.
Orders may be held briefly for payment or address verification. We will email you if anything is needed from you.
Delivery estimates

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Delivery time is additional to processing time. Weather, carrier delays and peak periods can extend them. We do not offer overnight or Saturday delivery.

Tracking
You receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, email us at auraverasupply@gmail.com.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped. Orders returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address are refunded less the original shipping cost.
Lost or damaged in transit
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, email us within 7 days and we will open a carrier investigation. For visible shipping damage, photograph the package and contents and email us within 7 days of delivery.
